At Square Rose, we value our customers and aim to resolve any issues related to returns, exchanges, faulty items, or incorrect deliveries in a smooth and hassle-free manner. Though such instances are rare, we have policies in place to ensure your satisfaction:

  1. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email - info@squarerosedance.com.
  2. Customers are responsible for all shipping/handling costs when returning or exchanging items.
  3. Items for return or exchange must be sent back within 28 days of the purchase date (extended to 40 days for items purchased between 1st December and 1st January).
  4. Returned or exchanged items should be unworn and unwashed (trying on is acceptable). They must be in their original condition, with all hang tags/labels still attached and the packaging undamaged. If the items do not meet these criteria, Square Rose will assess whether a refund is applicable.
  5. Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  6. Square Rose does not assume responsibility for any items damaged or delayed during the shipping process.
  7. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will not be refunded.
  8. Allow up to 5 days for us to process refunds once we receive the items. All refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit/voucher, which will be valid for 12 months.
  9. Exchanged items will be shipped on the next working day if they are in stock. Square Rose cannot be held responsible for exchanges if the requested item is out of stock.
  10. No returns or exchanges are accepted for sale items, and no rain checks will be provided.

Faulty Items and Incorrect Deliveries:

  1. In the event of receiving a faulty item or an incorrect delivery, please contact us immediately at info@squarerosedance.com.
  2. Square Rose reserves the right to inspect and determine if a garment is indeed faulty. A quality control check will be conducted on any item returned as faulty.
  3. If an item is found to be faulty, it will be replaced, and express postage will be arranged on the next working day if the item is in stock.
  4. If the item is out of stock, you will have the option to order a new item of equivalent value, receive store credit/voucher, request a refund, or wait until the item is back in stock.
  5. Square Rose will refund the additional postage incurred for returning a faulty or incorrect item within 5 working days.
  6. Square Rose assumes no responsibility for bank processing times or if the payment method has been canceled during the interim.
  7. In case of any issues with our products or ordering process, we will work to minimize any inconvenience caused to you.
